Your First Visit Is All About You: Your Comfort, Your Happiness, And Your Health
Your first visit is all about you! Patients visit the dentist for a variety of reasons. Our objective is to get to know you better by spending time with you.
The doctor and assistant spend over an hour with each of our new patients. This allows us to spend time learning about your needs and wants, educating, and developing necessary treatment plans. We want to accomplish your objectives, no matter what brought you here.
At your first visit, we will review your medical and dental history forms, take digital x-rays, photos, and a digital scan of your teeth so we can easily show you what we see. We will provide personalized treatment planning and address your concerns.
We will make an appointment with our dental hygienist once your treatment objectives and requirements have been established. They will either perform a preventative cleaning appointment or begin more intensive periodontal therapy, depending on the state of your gums.
Bring your smile, but remember to bring these to your first appointment.
Regular checkups are an essential part of maintaining a healthy smile!
The American Dental Association recommends visiting your dentist every six months or twice a year for regular checkups and routine teeth cleanings to keep your teeth and gums healthy.
We understand you have a busy schedule, so when you’re preparing to visit the dentist, please remember that your appointments can last between 45 and 90 minutes, depending on your schedule.
